All original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces, therefore all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.
Each artwork is photographed and described as accurately as possible so collectors can make an informed purchase.
If you have any questions about an artwork before purchasing, please feel free to contact us.
Damaged Artwork
All artworks are carefully packaged using protective art-shipping materials and shipped with tracking and full insurance.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number

Photos of the outer packaging before opening

Photos of the packaging materials inside the box
-
Photos of the artwork and the damage
This documentation is required in order to process a claim with the shipping carrier.
Refunds for Shipping Damage
If the artwork is confirmed to have been damaged during transit:

A full refund will be issued once the insurance claim with the shipping carrier has been approved, or
-
A replacement artwork may be offered if available.
Because original artworks are unique, a replacement may not always be possible.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost during shipping, an investigation will be opened with the shipping carrier.
Once the carrier confirms that the package is lost, the buyer will receive either:

A full refund, or
-
A replacement artwork, if available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the artwork or shipping price.
